Ray Allen: "I'll Always Be a Celtic"

When you think of Ray Allen, which team comes to mind first?

Arguably his best days as a player came during his time in Seattle, his most exciting style of play was in Milwaukee, his best shooting came in Boston, and his biggest moment came in Miami. With Ray Allen, the name on the front changed quite a few times throughout his career.

So when Ray joined Clay Travis last week, one of the biggest questions was about the loyalty that Ray feels towards Boston. When asked who he would root for in the NBA Eastern Conference between LeBron and the Celtics, Allen had this to say:

"I'll be a Celtic for life."

Today, with news breaking that Rajon Rondo will not include Ray Allen in a 2008 Title Reunion due to Allen leaving for the Miami Heat, this audio below is worth relistening to.

You can hear Ray Allen talk about his Celtics legacy in the audio below, but be sure to tune into Outkick the Coverage with Clay Travis every weekday from 6-9 am est. on Fox Sports Radio.
