The Waterville Area Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend the 2018 All That Glitters Gala, Wine/Bourbon Tasting/Art Auction on the evening of Saturday, April 7. The event will take place at Nazareth Hall, 21211 West River Rd, Grand Rapids, OH. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar with dinner, followed by live and silent auctions, Beth Rose, from Rose Auction Group has donated her time to be our auctioneer. Dance to the music from DJ Jason from JL Entertainment.
This Gala features music and wine stations throughout the night with wines from around the world, and Bourbon Tasting. Attendees can bid on numerous silent and live auction items with works donated by area businesses and local artists including Gail Christopherson, Renee Melroy, Sarah Voltz, Aaron Bivins, FireNation, Oak Openings Pottery and many more.
Waterville Chamber Executive Director Corina Pfleghaar states, “The Wine-Tasting/Bourbon Tasting and Art Auction is truly a spectacular event every year. It’s a great way for friends, neighbors and work associates to enjoy an evening together, while supporting the community.” Mrs. Pfleghaar adds that a portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit the local Veterans Memorial Park, Whitehouse, Ohio.
Tickets are $60 per person, which includes hors d’oeuvres and dinner, as well as the wine or bourbon tasting stations.
