(Toledo, OH) Autopsy results are pending on the body of a one-year-old Toledo girl.
Police say the toddler died Wednesday after being found unresponsive in her family's Fairview Avenue home.
The girl's mom and an older sibling were also ill, leading investigators to believe carbon monoxide poisoning may be to blame. The source of the CO is believed to be the family's car.
