DeWine latest briefing on Coronavirus-Governor says he will get vaccinated

At his Tuesday coronavirus briefing Governor DeWine blasted recent online rumors about Ohio quarantine camps being created. DeWine labeled the persistent rumors as "garbage" and "ridiculous" saying that he responds to them weekly. The Governor also said he would also have no problem taking a vaccine one one is developed for the virus. DeWine used the briefing to update the state on the virus in Ohio prisons saying that seventeen state prisons were free of COVID-19 while 247 inmates still had the disease at 11 facilities.

Meanwhile part of the Greater Columbus Convention Center that had been transformed into a 1,200-bed field hospital is now packed up and stored away. Over $3 million was spent setting up the space and now around $60,000 per month is being spent storing the shrink wrapped equipment
