This week has just been the biggest punch in the gut to sports fans.
In case you live under a rock, I'm sorry to tell you that the Big Ten has "postponed" the Big Ten Football season.
No Penn St. white out games.
No battle for the Paul Bunyan trophy.
No Script Ohio.
All we're left with is a bunch of questions, tears, and picture-less twitter accounts composed of 20 numbers pretending to be epidemiologists.
To quote Jim Harbaugh, I am "BITTERLY disappointed".
I think it is very important that I type this out so we are all clear on the matter: I am not an expert on deadly viruses, and the Big Ten could very well have made the right decision.
I'm upset that the NCAA is washing their hands of any liability and letting each school/conference decide the fate of football.
Before I ramble on any further, here is our latest episode of the Glass City Celly podcast. Jake and I get to air our grievances like Frank Costanza on Festivus, before being joined by a more informed and level-headed journalist, Ashley Bastock of the Toledo Blade.
